Recipe for the Bedtime Belly Buster

Here are 3 different recipes for the Bedtime Belly Buster:

  1. 1 Scoop IsaPRO (straight up Isagenix Whey Protein) + 1 scoop of Replenish (I love the chocolate protein with orange replenish — it’s like a frothy creamsicle nightcap.
  2. 1 Scoop IsaPRO (straight up Isagenix Whey Protein) + 1 scoop of FiberPRO (fiber + probiotics)
  3. 1 Scoop IsaPRO (straight up Isagenix Whey Protein) + 1 scoop of IsaFruits or Isagenix Greens (I love vanilla protein with the fruits or greens!)

 

Mix it in blender with about 6 ounces of water, and no ice. Get it to the consistency you like. I started noticing a difference in my belly 5 mornings later.

    I am doing the 1 Scoop IsaPRO (straight up Isagenix Whey Protein chocolate) + 1 scoop of Isagenix Greens and I do not like the taste at all. Can you suggest something to help with the taste or to help me get it down easier?

      IsaFruits is for flavor. IsaFiber has no flavor and is for extra fiber if you need it.

    How many days do you recommend following the belly buster program for? Do you also take with IsaFlush at night or is that too much magnesium?

    I am unable to use the isapro or isalean b cause whet causes me very stubborn constipation. Nothing worked to solve it except taking myralax. I switched to dairy free and voila! 0Problem solved. Can I do the BBB with 1/2 packed of dairy free?

      Yes, you can use half a dairy free. The goal is to get the added protein without as many calories from carbs/fat as the full meal replacement.

    If following a 1,500 calorie/day eating plan which includes the correct amount of protein, veg, carbs etc. each day (for my individual plan) would the protein in the BBB count as a serving for the day? (ex. I am allowed 4 servings of protein per day do I include the serving from the BBB?)

      If you are following a strict plan that requires the protein be contained, then you might want to consult whoever is creating your plan. We recommend the BBB as additional to you normal protein diet.

    if you use greens in your morning shake ~ it’s okay to use it again at night? Also, you only used a little amount of the replenish would that be the same for the greens, just use half a scoop?

      The greens and the replenish (now AMPED hydrate) are for flavor. The greens can definitely be used more than once a day.

      Yes! It is low in fat. The BBB uses the whey protein only that is found in IsaPRO and is not the full carb and fat meal replacement of IsaLean.

    Is there a difference in the whey protein and the isalean pro, can you you use the isalean pro instead of the whey for belly buster?

      There is a difference between IsaLean Pro and IsaPro. They both contain the best whey protein, but Isalean and Isalean Pro shakes are designed to be meal replacements, so they also have a balance of fats and carbs necessary to replace a meal. The IsaPro is simply the whey protein without the additional ingredients for meal replacement. It is lighter and therefore better to use in the bedtime belly buster if you are looking to avoid the extra calories.
