Hey guys! I want to share with you exactly how to save time and money with Isagenix. I don’t know about you, but money is important to me… but I believe money follows when you do things right. Actually, the MOST important thing to me is time! So, if I can save time in my day, time is money. Right? Then, I can also save money!!

One of our Strong Confident Living community members posted out in support about a price objection (to Isagenix). One of her friends was interested in cleansing and trying this amazing system to shed fat, lose weight, get in shape. (Whatever your goals are – these are all incredible reasons to do Isagenix!) But then, she was asked “How much is it?” and she got that price objection. So, I have a couple of things I wanted to share with you about how to save time and money and hopefully these tips are going to help you pass it on to all the people that you love.

Save Time and Money with the right products and right mindset!

So, a couple of things… Saving Time! I don’t know about you, but I think that everybody in this world is on a very busy schedule. Right? I don’t know anybody in my life, and maybe it is just who I attract, who is not busy! So, when I’m going to fuel myself during the day, I need something that is fast and easy. I already know that how you look, how you feel, and your emotional state is based on what you fuel yourself with all day long. So, it makes sense that you need to give your body the best nutrients to feel your best. This is where it is important to remember that it is not about dieting, and not about deprivation. Just get one thing out of your mind – that diet EQUALS deprivation. Isagenix is actually the total opposite of that. It is about adding amazing nutrients into your body and watching it balance, rebalance, and give you a ton of energy. So, throughout the day I am going to break down what I do so you can see that you can save time and money with Isagenix.

Save Time and Money with a Plan! (The SIMPLE SIX schedule)

The goal is to eat more, feel better, lose some weight if you need to, shed some unwanted pounds, and then get lean and mean! So, the first thing I like to do is tell people is to break up their day into six components. I call it the SIMPLE SIX and it goes like this: meal – snack – meal – snack – meal – snack. Second, I want you guys to train your metabolism to eat every two hours at first. Eventually it could be every two to three hours, but think about your day. I have to drop my three boys at school and that’s at nine o’clock, so usually for me I set up my simple six at: 8, 10, 12, 2, 4, and 6 o’clock. Or, on the days that are “odds” it’s 9, 11, 1, 3, 5, 7. It’s as simple as just starting to prep ahead your  meal – snack – meal – snack – meal – snack. Where it saves me time, is in the morning. I just don’t have time. I am trying to get myself out the door (I’m slow!). I’m trying to get the three boys out the door. Basically, we’re all trying to get out the door at the same time and I need something easy so I have a $2.85 meal IsaLean PRO shake. Bam! My day is started with the BEST nutrients, proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats. (Side note!!! Fat does not make you fat. Sugars and bad carbs… those make you fat. Healthy fats are so good for you. They bring nutrients to all different places in your body). So, IsaLean PRO is the perfect meal in about 280 calories. I know I am getting all the nutrients that I need to start my day off right, which will also balance my blood sugar and give me energy. I know you’ve heard this before but NEVER skip breakfast! Now, I’m satisfied. I’m out the door, and then I am not going out and getting an egg sandwich, or spending money somewhere else which is even more expensive, more calories, and less nutrition. So this is where, when you are finding people aren’t sure about Isagenix because of the price, it should always displace what you are already spending. You should not be having to spend another dime. Plus, you will be sharing it with people, and Isagenix will be giving you incredible rebates that will pay for your products (more on that in another post!). But it should not, at least, be an extra burden on your month to month grocery budget for you or your family. So always think about, what am I displacing? and how is Isagenix fueling me? I can never make a meal for 280 calories that packs as many nutrients as this delicious shake. It’s incredible! Let alone, it puts me in a better emotional state to make proper decisions throughout my day, get into action, and crush through my goals in a workout, through my work (it gets really busy running 3 gyms), dealing with the three kids and their schedules – all of that! So just know that the better you fuel yourself with the good proteins, good healthy complex carbs, and good healthy fats, the more stable you will be throughout the day to just crush your life and your goals. So just start you day with a shake. Then, move on to snack.

Not hungry? Snack anyway!

I always have a really quick healthy snack – almonds, apple and peanut butter, a hard boiled egg. I literally love food! So again, Isagenix is not about depriving yourself. It is about eating more, loving food, having fun, and being guilt-free. This is Strong Confident Living! So, have a light snack mid-morning. If you had a shake at 8 AM, by ten o’clock, even if you are still satisfied from the shake, remember you’re training your metabolism to rev up. So have that 10AM little snack. Then by 12 you are having your next meal.

How to set up your plate of food to balance your meal…

So for me, I have a lighter lunch and a lighter dinner because I have a second shake or a protein bar in the afternoon. I suggest having a shake for breakfast, a mid morning snack, and then lunch at 12 o’clock. Build out your first meal by filling half the plate veggies, a quarter of the plate protein, a quarter of the plate good complex carbs. So, if you are going to have a potato, cut it in half, and then cut it in half again. For veggies, have something green like spinach, broccoli, a salad, (don’t dump any dressings on it – start to use the other things on your plate as the dressing). A good protein is chicken, turkey, lean meat, tofu, salmon, whatever protein source that you love. Complex carbs can be potato, brown rice, and then add a healthy fat like pumpkin seeds, avocado, or a sprinkle of olive oil. After I divide my plate like this and make sure I’ve put tons of vegetables on one half, I mush it all together. This way, you are actually getting your rice and your chicken or the salmon with the olive oil or the avocado, all mixed and that kinda becomes my dressing. I don’t actually like to add dressing and that has been a huge thing that I’ve learned to get a taste of the actual vegetables without pouring all kinds of stuff on them. So then that is your light lunch.

My biggest secret…

Now, here is the secret part of my day that has saved me. This one diet trick is why I feel better a forty years old then I did at thirty years old. It is having a really amazing protein source as an afternoon snack. So, this is when I have (especially on a workout day) a really good protein. Between two or three o’clock I have another shake, (which if you are following along is my second shake of the day), or I have a protein bar. I am usually on the go and have to pick up my boys from school so the protein bars are always in my backpack. It’s amazing! It’s chocolate. I put peanut butter on it sometimes. It’s incredible. If you haven’t tried them, the Isagenix IsaLean bars are super duper yummy. They are so good, and so good for you.  Anyway, it is that afternoon shake or bar that saves me! Otherwise I’m going through my kids’ lunch boxes seeing what leftovers do they have, and I’m ravenous at dinnertime, and I’m eating everything while I’m cooking. It is just ridiculous.  So, to talk about saving money again, remember that every time you replace a snack or meal remember it is less than $3. It is just a matter of figuring out where you are weaving it into your lifestyle and how is that going to save time and money for you.

Make your meals mimic Isagenix shakes…

If you have a lighter lunch, now it is time to have a lighter dinner. Just like lunch, remember to set up your plate with a half of the plate loaded with vegetables, a quarter of the plate protein, and a quarter of the plate complex carbs and a good healthy fat. This mimics what is in an Isagenix shake. Lucky for us, Isagenix takes all of these things… the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, and piles it into a 250-280 calorie shake. It’s not easy to pack all these nutrients in to one meal, but when you go to make your own lunch or dinner, dividing your plate up will help you keep your meals in check.

Most people create plans that are based around deprivation. They may have short term results but they don’t set you up for long term success. Do you see how a plan like this lets you eat more throughout the day and you can still have a nighttime snack? Yep, keep eating!

Then, you can even have another scoop of protein at night. We call it the bedtime belly buster. It reduces bloating. You can have it right before bed or within 30 minutes. So, when I talk about saving time and money, all I want you to understand is that shakes and meals are $2.85! When people are like “Oh my gosh, the price! It costs a couple hundred bucks a month.” It’s like, no, no, no, no! You are already spending this money. It’s just… Are you reaching your goals? Are you looking and feeling your best? Then go for it! You don’t need to change anything. But, if what you are doing is not currently working for you, try this stuff. It is amazing!
