It’s when you’ve adopted “Operation 85” so much that 85% healthy, mindful choices and 15% fun become part of your DNA. It’s just who you are; you don’t even need to think about it. You just do it.

 

Until then, you use the Strong Confident Living website, our support community, your notes, you stay committed to your goals. You watch the videos and you learn that this is a never-ending process of you getting better, getting stronger, each and every day. Then you do it all over again, and progress to the next level.

 

Check Out the 6 steps and rate your healthy skills, 1 being needs work, and 5 being excellent. Always rate yourself without beating yourself up. There is no pass/fail. This is simply for you to know what you want to improve upon for the next go-around.

1 You Committed to a Healthier Track.

 

blackbg_bellyFirst, you committed to a vision of who you wanted to be if you were to make changes to your lifestyle over 6 weeks. You focused on what that “new you” would feel like, what kind of choices and actions you’d make. You learned how to lean into 85% healthy choices, and why you shouldn’t just be 100% “strict” or “good” all the time. You got grocery lists, went shopping for healthy with us, cleared temptations, and printed your Simple 6 Meal Plans. Week one. Boom.

2 You Identified and Celebrated the FUN!

 

10547280_10204991194086361_1771337113182945880_oBy far the favorite “slap yourself in the face” week for most people, your relationship with food unfolded in the second week of the Operation 85 challenge when you took a deep dive into your beliefs around food. What you used to label as being “bad” or being “good” you learned how to replace those key terms with healthy and fun. This is one of the most game-changing weeks as we celebrated the FUN in life, how you have FUN with family and friends, and how to set yourself up with a guilt-free life. You stopped unwanted patterns that have held you back for YEARS and realize there’s truly something to this Strong. Confident. Living. thing! You’re Getting There.

3 Willpower Week – Found Your Inner Badass

 

Slack for iOS Upload (3)People love willpower week because you learn that willpower is not a “thing” you either have or don’t have. Willpower is simply a mental muscle that you build through your actions and choices. What’s so awesome is that you learned how to break it down, just like you break down muscle while working out in the gym, just so you can learn to build it back up. We celebrated the struggles. We celebrated the hardships. We celebrated when the voice of your “old you” becomes weaker than the strong, confident, powerful voice of the “new you.” You learned to be BOSS over things that used to derail you.

 

The harder the struggle, the more beautiful the transformation. There’s no giving up at Strong Confident Living. There’s only one choice to all the good and the bad – we learn from it and we get stronger.

4 You Became a Social Smarty Pants

This is where you learned how to start applying your knowledge and new skills to real life situations that “test” you all the time. Being socially smart doesn’t mean giving up the fun. It means using what you know to “arm yourself” so you’re prepared, proactive, and in control of your life. You are moving into the driver’s seat!

5 You Traveled Outside Your Comfort Zone

 

Isagenix Works! Sister Drinking and Losing WeightTravel a lot? Always on the go? Travel week is when you learned how to take all the skills and habits of the previous weeks and apply them when you travel outside your normal routine. So many people break down or let go on vacation, and you learned how to balance your healthy and fun like a pro — while still enjoying your travel experiences. No matter whether you traveled for work, for family, or fun, the travel tips week were critical for how to be proactive (and reactive — what to do when you tipped to too much fun!).

6 Celebrate You Week

11230782_741631293574_8151897135129957501_nMy Favorite Moments for YOU! This is the sweet stuff. The small moments between me as your coach/tour guide on this experience. When you realized it’s the small everyday things that you’re changing. I love the last week of the Operation 85 challenge because you reflect on all the things you did really well. You recognize that the smallest changes have the biggest impact. You take this self-test and reflect on what you are proud of, and what areas you want to improve on next time! Rate yourself, celebrate yourself, and grab some friends so we can do it all over again!

1-7 – Time to Re-Commit to Your Vision

You need a stronger reason “why” to get yourself to the next level. If you aren’t getting healthier for yourself, then who can you be a role model for so you can really turn it up a notch? Your mind needs stronger reference points to move forward, otherwise you may find yourself in a stuck rut. It’s time to tap into who you want to become, and why! Let’s do it.

 

8-15 You’re Getting There

Good work. You’ve made progress. You’ve had breakthroughs. The struggle is real. It’s time to reinforce and master some of the skills you’ve learned. Go through the next challenge and boost the most important area — your self confidence. Believe you can do it even better, stronger next time. We know you can! We consider you a lifestyle ambassador — you’re authentically going through the process it takes to improve your life. We are so proud of you. Spread the love.
